About the artist

Housni Mkouboi, better known as Rohff, was born on 15 December 1977 in Madagascar. When he was only seven years old, he arrived in Saint-Ouen without speaking a word of French. As a teenager, Rohff developed a passion for hip hop and collaborated with a number of urban collectives such as Express Direkt. He also met talents such as Neg' Marrons and Mystik at the end of the 90s. In 1998, he took the plunge with his first album, Le code de l'honneur, which has since become a hit. Numerous other albums followed: La vie avant la mort in 2001, La fierté des nôtres in 2005 and Le code de l'horreur in 2008. After another gold record (La Cuenta in 2010) and a platinum record (P.D.R.G. in 2013), he released his latest compositions on the album Surnaturel in 2015. Rohff is without doubt one of the most brilliant and eloquent artists of his generation.
