If you realise that you have lost or had something stolen at the Arena, please let our reception staff by the cloakroom know. You can also contact us, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. 

If we have found your missing belongings, we will agree on a day and time for you to come and get them. You can pick them up from 8 Boulevard de Bercy, at the Loges&Salons entrance. Remember to bring your ticket with you if you left something in the cloakroom.
