Low Vision Headset

The low vision headset is an innovative device designed to enhance the experience of visually impaired guests during sports and cultural events.
Accessible to ticket holders seated in the stands, it allows you to make the most of your residual vision thanks to digital binocular technology.

For certain events, the headset may also offer an additional feature, broadcasting the live event in TV mode.

Who can book?
Any visually impaired person meeting the eligibility criteria can benefit from our dedicated reservation service, free of charge.

How to book?
To reserve your low vision headset, you must:
- Hold a valid ticket for a seat in the stands for the event *
- Complete the eligibility form (form link)

Please note that reservations are subject to availability on the day of the event.
*This service is exclusively available for seats located in the stands.

ON-SITE COLLECTION
On the day of the event, please go to the dedicated PRM/PwD welcome desk at Gate 4 to collect your headset and receive any useful information.

RETURN
Please return the device to the CLOAKROOM area in the Grand Hall, located near the counter where it was collected.x
