Lunchtime : a bistronomic lunch
Monday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., sit down for a bistronomic lunch. Our chef serves homemade dishes, prepared daily with fresh seasonal produce, along with a dish of the day. Working in the neighbourhood, or coming to see a show that evening? Enjoy attentive table service in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. When the weather is fine, our outdoor terrace awaits.
Event evenings : chef-crafted cuisine, served quickly before the show
On event days, Billie stays open all afternoon. We welcome you several hours before the doors open, and until 10 p.m. Come early and take the time to enjoy a proper chef-made meal. Another perk: from the restaurant, you have direct access to the concourse, avoiding the crowds at the main entrance. Our service keeps pace with the evening so everything runs stress-free. Our indoor terrace, which opens onto the concourse, is just steps from your seats.
